Sun directly above 05 cities of Sri Lanka today

The sun will be directly above five (05) cities of Sri Lanka today (15), according to the Department of Meteorology.

The nearest areas over which the sun is overhead today are Pandatharippu, Thellippalai, Varuthaleivilan, Vasavilan, and Manatkaadu, about 12:10 noon.

The sun is expected to be directly above Sri Lanka until today, due to its apparent northward relative motion. (Newswire)
