Special traffic plan in Kochchikade for St. Anthony’s Shrine annual feast today

Police have announced a special traffic plan in Colombo today (13) in view of the annual feast of St. Anthony’s Shrine.

The Police Media Division said the traffic arrangements will be in effect as a religious procession carrying the statue of St. Anthony is scheduled to parade through roads within the Kotahena Police Division.

The procession is expected to take place from 2.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. today in conjunction with the annual feast celebrations.

Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes and follow traffic instructions issued by police officers deployed in the area. (Newswire)
