
Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has called for applications for the positions of Manager – Men’s National Teams and Manager – Women’s National Teams, seeking experienced professionals to oversee the operations and administration of the country’s national cricket teams.
According to vacancy notices issued by SLC, the successful candidates will be responsible for managing team operations, logistics, compliance, financial processes, player welfare, and communication between players, coaching staff, support staff and management.
The Men’s National Teams Manager position is open to male candidates above 35 years of age, while the Women’s National Teams Manager role is open to female candidates above 35 years of age.
Applicants are expected to possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, along with experience in sports administration, team management, event management or related fields. Previous experience working with national teams, professional sports organisations or high-performance sporting environments will be considered an advantage.
SLC said candidates should also have qualifications in Sports Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems. (Newswire)
