House shot at in Matugama

A house in the Naeboda area of Matugama came under gunfire on Saturday (11), police said.

According to police, a group of individuals carried out the shooting during the afternoon.

Investigators suspect a T-56 assault rifle was used in the attack.

No injuries or fatalities were reported.
