New Chinese Ambassador meets former President Ranil Wickremesinghe

The newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Wei Huaxiang, met with former Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the latter’s political office on Flower Road, Colombo.

The meeting marked Ambassador Wei’s first official engagement with the former Head of State since assuming duties in Colombo.

Joining the Ambassador were Deputy Ambassador Zhu Yanwei, Counsellor Mei Jing, and Third Secretary Jin Enze. (Newswire)
