President AKD to address ‘People’s Rule’ mass rally in Gampaha on Sunday

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has announced that a mass rally, under the theme “People’s Rule – Two Years Strong. Progress for All”, will be held in Gampaha on Sunday, September 27.

According to an announcement shared on the President’s social media, the rally is scheduled to commence at 3.30 pm, with live coverage also set to begin at the same time.

The Gampaha event forms part of the ongoing “People’s Rule – Two Years Strong. Progress for All.” rally series marking two years of the National People’s Power (NPP) government. 

Recent rallies under the same theme have been held in several parts of the country, with President Dissanayake participating in the campaign. (Newswire)
