Gnanasara Thera remanded until tomorrow

Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera, who was arrested while a warrant had been issued for his arrest, has been remanded until tomorrow (5) by the Colombo Magistrate’s Court.

The court also ordered that steps be taken to produce Ven. Gnanasara Thera before the Court of Appeal tomorrow.

He was produced before the court today (4) by officers of the Colombo Crimes Division. (Newswire)
