Gotabaya seeks temporary lifting of overseas travel ban for medical treatment

Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has filed a motion before the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court seeking the temporary lifting of his overseas travel ban to obtain medical treatment abroad.

According to reports, the motion was filed on behalf of the former President, requesting permission to travel overseas for medical purposes.

The application seeks a temporary relaxation of the travel restriction currently imposed on Rajapaksa. (Newswire)
