G.L. Peiris summoned to Bribery Commission

Former Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris says he has been summoned to appear before the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) on Tuesday (October 20).

Peiris said he has been asked to provide information regarding a meeting held in 2009 in Foreign Ministry.

He confirmed that he intends to appear before the commission as requested.
