Accordingly, the President’s Office has instructed the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Justice Ministry to take necessary action to promptly complete

On the advice of President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Chief of Staff Sagala Ratnayake and Foreign Minister Ali Sabry discussed this matter with Justice Ministry officials last week and reached this decision.
Chief of the Presidential Staff Sagala Ratnayake has instructed the officials to take the necessary steps after obtaining the Attorney General’s advice regarding the relevant allegations.
