President instructs authorities to minimize expenses for the 75th Independence Day

President Ranil Wickremesinghe instructs relevant authorities, during a pre-discussion held at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (26), to minimize & manage expenses within ministries while celebrating the 75th Independence Anniversary without burdening the Treasury.
