Rasika Karunatilake, Managing Director Sysco LABS Sri Lanka

Rasika Karunatilake has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Sysco LABS Sri Lanka. He previously served as the company’s General Manager and Vice President. Rasika is an industry veteran with 24 years of experience in global technology across the capital markets, telecommunications, financial services, consumer internet and foodservice domains, and has broad experience across product/startup, consulting, services and captive environments.

Joining the company as its very first employee 15 years ago, he played a key leadership role in overseeing the company’s people and operations strategy and fueled the growth of the Sri Lanka center from a startup to a global captive innovation center with nearly a thousand associates.

He started his career as a software engineer at Informatics International before moving to London Stock Exchange Engineering as an Engineering Lead.
