Adams View Tea Factory establishes new all time record price for PEKOE grade

A new all time record price of Rs 1,950 per kg was recorded for a PEKOE grade manufactured by ADAMS View Tea Factory at this week’s E-Auctions held on March 29-30 2022. This is an excellent achievement by team Adams View.

Adams View Tea Factory is a flag bearer known for producing good quality teas in the low grown sector and is situated in the Ratnapura District. The proprietor of this factory B.A.R. Dissanayake and the team is keen on producing premium quality teas for weekly tea auctions which bought for premium blends by the buyer community.

The above tea was purchased by Ranfer Teas (Pvt) Ltd, a leading tea exporter in Sri Lanka. The selling broker of this tea was Mercantile Produce Brokers (PVT) LTD.
