AIMG uplifts industry via Lanka’s first ‘Marketers’ Night’
The Association of International Marketing Graduates in Sri Lanka recently celebrated the successful launch of Sri Lanka’s first Marketers’ Night, at Cinnamon Grand Colombo.
The event welcomed a host of veteran Marketers and young innovators in the Sri Lankan marketing industry, bringing both young and old blood together for an evening of networking, idea sharing and to uplift the industry.
Speaking at the event which celebrated the resilience and perseverance of marketing professionals, Chairman, AIMG – Sujith Silva stated: “We are overwhelmed and truly humbled by the wonderful turnout and participation at ‘Marketers Night 2021’. This event and the outcome expected of it – to uplift and connect the professionals that drive Sri Lanka’s growing marketing industry has been in the making for quite some time.”
“Although the event may have been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to have been in the presence of so many marketers who have strived for excellence even through the unprecedented times faced. We look forward to many more years of success as we continue to host this epic event for our growing titans of industry.”
The Association of International Marketing Graduates in Sri Lanka was established in July 2020 by veterans of the marketing industry boasting over 3 decades of expertise and experience, with its main focus to create a dynamic and professional association with international marketing qualifications, connecting young and senior members to create a platform for knowledge sharing via workshops, programmes and various other activities.
Its objective remains to aid Sri Lanka-based marketers to stay at the forefront of their professions and the market.
