Ajith Galappatti on National Television to Interpret Siripala Haa Ranmanika

The critically-acclaimed film Siripala Haa Ranmanika, directed by cinematographer Amaranath Jayathilaka, will be screened on August 4at 9:30 pm on Jathika Rupavahini.

The film, which tells the story of a young couple struggling to survive in the face of adversity, has been praised for its sensitive portrayal of human relationships and its stunning cinematography.

Prior to the screening, there will be a panel discussion on the film, featuring veteran film critic Ajith Galappatti joined by Gamini Weragama. Galappatti’s insights and expertise in the field will enrich the discussion as they explore the film’s themes, its technical merits, and its impact on Sri Lankan cinema.

The discussion will be moderated by Dr Senesh Disanayake.
