All-night Pirith heralds 77th Independence Day

An All-night Pirith chanting ceremony was held at the Independence Square in Colombo on Sunday (02) night, to herald the 77th Independence Day. This was attended by Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs, Dr. Hiniduma Sunil Senevi, among others.
