Bids called for currency exchange counter operators in BIA

As per the Cabinet decision taken Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited has invited limited competitive bidding to operate Currency Exchange Counters in the area designated for Customs purposes at the arrivals area of Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

Accordingly, five bids have been forwarded to the five counters.  No 1 Sampath Bank, No 2 People’s Bank, No 3 Commercial Bank of Ceylon, No 4 Thomas Cook Lanka (Pvt) and No 5 Bank of Ceylon
