CBSL rates: Rupee weakens further against the US dollar

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar today (19 Jan) compared to Friday.

According to official Central Bank data, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 305.67 to Rs. 305.95 while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 313.20 to Rs. 313.49.

The Sri Lankan Rupee has changed slightly against a basket of foreign currencies, including Gulf currencies. (Newswire)
