Channel 4 part of international conspiracy to discredit country – MP

National Freedom Front, National Organizer, MP Jayantha Samaraweera said the British Channel 4 is broadcasting the video, hiding the Islamic extremist project, blaming the Easter attack on the Intelligence  agencies and Security Forces and hunting them down, as the first step of an international conspiracy.

As the second step, R.Sampanthan who has always encouraged separatist terrorism and the Deputy High Commissioner of the United Nations Human Rights Council, Nada Al-Nashif, have already requested an international investigation into the Easter attack, MP Samaraweera said.

He said that money will be taken from the Tamil diaspora for this purpose. MP Samaraweera stated this during a press conference held at the head office of the National Freedom Front in Pitakotte.

The MP who said that the dispute with the Rajapaksa’s who anarchized the country by kicking aside the mandate of 6.9 million should be settled separately, said further questioning the people that while hiding the Islamic extremist project and placing the responsibility of the Easter attack on the security forces of this country and the intelligence agencies that saved the country from LTTE terrorism, can we remain silent and allow them to be hunted? The MP further said: Channel 4 is a channel that accepts to broadcast a video related to any conspiracy on payment of money and bribes.

Earlier too, they made accusations against the Sri Lankan security forces through a video produced with funds of the Tamil diaspora.

Now it is very clear that Azad Mowlana, who played the role of the main actor in blaming the intelligence agencies for the Easter attack, is a person seeking political refuge. Now he can claim political asylum in Britain.
