Club Hotel Dolphin Waikkal, after management change and Rs. 350 million investments for refurbishment recently reopened its doors to guests heralding a new age in post-pandemic travel.
The hotel now owned and operated by Browns Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of Browns Investments PLC has given a completely new colourful look to this property rising to the complex modern-day demands of the traveller and providing a new experience to them.

In addition, the two restaurants too were given a new look while a ‘Show kitchen’ was introduced at both restaurants.
General Manager of Club Hotel Dolphin Suresh Athukorala, said that one of their strengths is their large repeat clientele which has even visited the hotel over 20 times with the main market from British, Russia and Europe.
Having worked overseas including Europe, US and Africa and counting over two decades in the hotel industry he said a new colourful look to the reception, restaurant and pool areas and rooms guest amenities too were upgraded.
A degree holder from Sri Lanka Institute of Hotel Management said that garden areas too were redone and an international spa fitted with a sauna and steam room, a fully-fledged gymnasium too were added. “Both these facilities along with restaurants are open for walk-in guests as well.”
