Colombo Stock Exchange ASPI surpasses 17,000 Points for the first time

For the first time in history, the All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange reached the 17,000-point milestone today (23).

The ASPI hit the 17,000-point mark at approximately 12:28 pm during the trading

By 12:55 pm, the index stood at 17,003.79 points, with a transaction turnover of Rs. 6.76 billion recorded.

This historic achievement reflects a significant moment for the Colombo Stock Exchange.
