Communist Party delegation from China to visit SL this week

A high‑level delegation from the Communist Party of China (CPC), led by a Member of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC and Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Xizang Autonomous Region, Wang Junzheng, will visit Sri Lanka later this week. 

The visit aims to promote China‑Sri Lanka friendship, deepen mutual understanding, and enhance practical cooperation.

The delegation’s engagements will focus on strengthening bilateral ties and exploring avenues for closer collaboration between the two countries.

The CPC delegation is scheduled to be in Sri Lanka from 23rd to 25th December 2025. (Newswire)
