Consul General joins the Annual Cultural Festival of Sri Lankan Malay Community in Toronto

The Consul General of Sri Lanka in Toronto Thushara Rodrigo attended the Annual Cultural Festival of the Sri Lanka Malay Association held in Toronto on 13 July, 2024. The festival consisted of artistic performances, traditional foods, a display of traditional costumes, and other entertainment items.

The Consul General congratulated the Sri Lankan Malay community for their collective efforts and their dedication to increasing the presence of the unique cultural heritage of the community in the domain of the vibrant multicultural society of Canada. He appreciated the invaluable contribution of the Malay community to the efforts of the Consulate General in strengthening its community outreach.
