Deshabandu Tennakoon assumes duties as IGP

Deshabandu Tennakoon assumed duties as the 36th  Inspector General of Police (IGP) this morning at the police headquarters.

President Ranil Wickremesinghe appointed Senior DIG and Acting IGP Tennakoon as the Inspector General of Police of Sri Lanka on February 26.
