The Election Commission has decided to give four days for the marking of postal votes in the upcoming Presidential Election.
No final decision has yet been taken regarding the exact dates that will be scheduled for marking of postal votes, the Election Commission stated yesterday (13).
The Election Commission further announced that a final decision regarding the exact period of dates that will be allocated for the marking of postal votes in the Presidential Election will be taken during the Election Commission meeting which will be held today (14).
Acceptance of postal voting applications for the upcoming Presidential Election which was extended by four days from the previous ending date of August 5 by the Election Commission due to insufficient number of postal voting applications received, ended at midnight last Friday (9).
