Transport, Highways and Media Minister Dr.Bandula Gunawardhana representing the government, Prof.Prasanna Perera of the University of Peradeniya representing the Samagi Jana Balawegaya Prof.Janak Kumarasinghe of the Sri Jayewardenepura University representing the National People’s Power and MP Gamini Waleboda representing Sarvajana Balawega will participate in the discussion.
