Sri Lanka’s r environmental enhancement solutions provider for 23 years a is planning to list on the Colombo Stock Exchange, subject to obtaining relevant regulatory approvals in the near future.
Exterminators is Asia’s first carbon neutral pest control service provider and believed to be the World’s first carbon neutral disinfection service provider, winner of 57 National/International awards for business, brand, industrial excellence, entrepreneurship, environmental leadership, corporate social responsibility and the ‘Eight-Time Champion SME Brand in Sri Lanka.
The company plans to offer a 20% equity stake to the general public via the IPO. The funds will be mainly utilised to expand its branch network, invest in novel application equipment, technology and in non-chemical energy saving environmentally sustainable brands.
Manager to the Issue of the IPO will be Atarah Capital Partners, a company with a team of experienced capital market professionals and with a track record of successfully listing 2 companies in the Colombo Stock Exchange in the year 2021. They are on course to complete the third listing by December 31.
The company’s revenue grew by 17 % FY 20-21 and PAT by 133% even during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The revenue is expected to grow by 12 % and PAT by 85 % in the FY 21-22.
In 2014, the company launched the Pest Mac mobile app becoming the first pest control company to develop and launch a mobile app in South Asia. During the COVID-19 pandemic the company won seven national and international awards. Exterminators are Sri Lanka’s 1st ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & COVID-19 SLS certified pest control company.
