Fire destroys 23 houses at Kajima Watte in Grandpass

Close to 23 houses in Kajimawatte, Grandpass were fully damaged following a fire that erupted in the early hours today., Sri Lanka Police said.

 

However, no casualties were reported and five fire engines were deployed to douse the fire.

 

Grandpass Police is conducting an investigation into the incident.
