Foreigner drowns in Hikkaduwa sea
A foreigner drowned while having a sea bath at Hikkaduwa, Hikkaduwa Police said.
The deceased foreigner was identified as Mark Shehan Herath, a twenty-year-old youth of Sri Lankan origin.
A joint operation in search of the body of the drowned youth is being carried out by the Police, Navy and life guards.
