ICST in Batticaloa Celebrates Independence

Sri Lanka’s newest private University, the International Campus of Science and Technology (ICST) in Punani, Batticaloa, founded by former Eastern Province governor Dr. M.L.A.M. Hizbullah celebrated Independence Day yesterday with a ceremony at the university premises. Here, Vice-Chancellor of the University Professor Jayantha Lal Ratnasekera hoists the national flag.
