If  President wins upcoming elections, solutions to country’s economic and political issues will be provided

At a function held in Trincomalee E.P.D.P Office recently, Fisheries Minister Douglas Devananda stated that the government under the leadership of the incumbent president takes measures to provide solutions to the issues faced by the people of Northern and Eastern provinces, and the E.P.D.P organization will take measures to engage in active politics in Trincomalee district, and provide solutions to prevailing issues in Trincomalee District.

Expressing further views, the Minister has stated that he believes that if the incumbent president wins at the upcoming elections, most of the country’s economic and political problems will be solved and accordingly, he takes measures to solve the problems of all the people who cooperate with him. The Minister added that the aspiration of E.P.D.P is being fulfilled, and if the people act realizing this fact he could discuss with the president and solve the problems of the Tamil Community and the other communities as well.
