Inflation down to 65% in Nov.

Headline Inflation based on National Consumer Price Index (NCPI) decreased to 65% in November 2022, compared to 70.6% in October.

In addition Food Inflation also decreased to 69.8% in November compared to 80.9% in October, the Census and Statistics Department said. NCPI in November 2022 decreased to 256.3 from 256.9 in October 2022.

The month on month change was mainly contributed by -0.49% dip from food and 0.23% from non-food. The general price level has increased by 156.3% compared to the base year (2013)
