Iran Cultural Centre celebrates “Yalda Night” at Kadirgamar Institute

The Iran Cultural Centre of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran had organised “Yalda Night” an ancient Persian celebration at Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute (LKI) recently.

It was held under the patronage of the Ambassador of Iran Dr. Alireza Delkhosh.

Persian traditions and a captivating music programme depicted by Iranian musicians Director and Founder of the Homedan New Instrumental Music School Seyyed Ishaq Sadeghi and Music Teacher of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage in Iran Shahrzad Nejati who used String instruments of three strings and violin.

Religious Leaders, Diplomats, Embassy Officials, University Lecturers, Students and Principals of Schools were also present.
