IUSF Convener released from three cases

Convener of the Inter-University Student’s Federation Wasantha Mudalige has been released on bail from another three separate cases filed against him.

The order was issued by Colombo Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage yesterday. He was released on two sureties of Rs.500,000 each.

On January 31, the IUSF Convener was released from the case, filed against him under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA), by the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court.
