John Keells Properties breaks ground on VIMAN Ja-Ela
John Keells Properties marked a significant milestone on August 26, 2024, as it celebrated the groundbreaking of its much-anticipated VIMAN Ja-Ela real estate development.
VIMAN Ja-Ela, launched in September 2023, with Rs. 7 billion investment, has already seen remarkable success. With 114 units introduced in Phase 1, and an additional 76 units in Phase 2, the project has garnered strong interest, with 70% of the units from both phases already sold.
