JVP will suffer same fate as before in election – SJB

The SJB national organizer, MP Tissa Attanayake said that the JVP in the past has proven that it could not govern the country and it also has no capacity for that purpose. 

Addressing a SJB political rally he said the JVP which is trying to say that they have never played a part in governance has even held ministerial portfolios in the former Chandrika Bandaranaike government and also supported Mahinda Rajapaksa when he first came to power.

He said the JVP which tries to show that the masses are behind them and makes a lot of noise on election platforms never gets votes on the election day. He said that the JVP will suffer the same fate at the upcoming election.
