Lake House Buddhist Society organizes Dhamma sermon

The monthly Dhamma sermon organized by the Lake House Buddhist Society was held at the company premises last week for January. Ven. Diyathalawe Piyadassi Thera of Maharagama Vaggiragyana Dharmayathanaya conducted the Dhamma sermon and Deputy Manager of the General Administration Department Dhammika Rajapaksa sponsored this month’s programme. The objective of the programme is to pass merits on the founder of the Lake House, the Late D. R. Wijewardene and the father of Dhammika Rajapaksa, the late R. M. K. G. Karunaratne. ANCL Chairman Professor Harendra Kariyawasam offering a tray of fruits to the Thera. Dhammika Rajapaksa is also seen offering the Ata Pirikara to the Thera.
