Maliyadeva skittle out Bens for 29 runs

St. Benedict’s College Kotahena bowled out for 29 runs in 20.3 overs by Maliyadeva College Kurunegala in their first round fixture of the Under 19 Limited overs inter schools cricket tournament yesterday.

Maliyadeva College Kurunegala, Sri Sumangala College Panadura, D.S. Senanayake College Colombo, Moratu Vidyalaya, Sri Devananda College Ambalangoda and President’s College Maharagama recorded wins.

Right arm paceman Kaveesha Hansaka claimed 6 wickets for 9 runs and steered Sri Devananda College Ambalangoda to their fourth win in the first round.
