Meetiyagoda shooter’s bike found hidden with woman

Police have succeeded in finding the motorcycle that the suspects used to flee after shooting a person in Magawela, Meetiyagoda, while it was hidden in a house in Meetiyagoda.

A 27-year-old woman who was hiding the motorcycle was also arrested by the Meetiyagoda Police day before yesterday evening. Investigations have revealed that she hid this motorcycle according to a phone call she received from Dubai. Police have now managed to identify the shooter and the motorcyclist who carried out the shooting. It has been revealed that this shooting had been led by a powerful underworld criminal in Dubai named Karandeniye Suddha. M.P.G.Chaminda, a resident of Panianduwa Ambalangoda, a witness in a murder case was seriously injured in the shooting and is currently being treated in the hospital. Police suspect that the gun malfunctioned when the shooters fired at the man. That is because thirteen nine-mm bullets were found lying on the pathway the shooters had used to flee the scene.
