Monik Legacy Awards 2024 held at Epitome Hotel

The Monik Institute, one of the leading microfinance institutions in the country, successfully held its 2024 staff appreciation event, the ‘2024 Monik Legacy Awards Ceremony’, at the Epitome Hotel in Kurunegala.

The event was graced by the presence of National Housing Commissioner and LCB CEO senior attorney-at-law Gamini Perera, LCB Finance PLC CEO K.J. Leelananda, and Monik Group Managing Director Dr. Wasala Madhuwantha. Monik Managing Director Dr. Madhuwantha Ariyapala highlighted the invaluable contributions of the staff over the past five years of successful operations.

The main aim of the event was to recognize and encourage employees who have met their targets. Moreover, various valuable prizes, including vehicles, were awarded to the officials who successfully completed their targets.
