Navy anchors support for ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ programme

The Southern Naval Command organised a cleanup campaign  yesterday (12), covering the beach stretch from Samudra Mawatha to Galle city limit, the beach area extending from the Gintota Bridge to Hikkaduwa and Hambantota Fisheries Harbour. This initiative was carried out in support of the Government’s ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ project, launched under the motto ‘Beautiful Island, Smiling People’.
