New Government needed to build country – Lalkantha

National People’s Power (NPP) Executive Committee member K. D. Lalkantha said that an election should be held and a new Government should be established to build the country now.

He said there are many problems in the country. The politics of our country is collapsed. Therefore, the politics of this country must change. Now the people want an election. Local Government elections should also be held. All the elections in our country can be held together if necessary. The rulers are now trying to stay in power by force without holding elections. The living conditions of the people are difficult now, therefore, it is necessary to establish a new Government, he said.

“There are enemies in politics.They make various accusations against the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna and the National People’s Power to prevent us from coming to power”, Lalkantha said.
