Nothing can stop Ranil Wickremesinghe from becoming President again –Former MP P.Harrison

MPs of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna are no longer willing to appoint a prince as the president of this country, Former MP P. Harrison stated addressing a public meeting held in Bakamoona.

Harrison further said that “there is no more party politics in this country, if there was, Ranil Wickremesinghe couldn’t be the President as well as the Prime Minister. So, except for Rajapaksas, 130 SLPP MPs came forward to support President Wickremesinghe.

“A plot carried out by Sajith Premasada, Basil Rajapaksa, and Namal Rajapaksa to prevent President Wickremesinghe from reclaiming the presidency has been revealed. There is nothing that can stop Ranil Wickremesinghe from becoming the President again. President Wickremesinghe will secure a massive win in this election as many parties including SLPP and SLFP are supporting him. The opening of the UNP Bakamoona Office was held under the patronage of former MP and the former Chief Minister of North Central Province Peshala Jayaratne.
