PNS ASLAT arrives at Colombo Port

The Pakistan Naval Ship (PNS) ASLAT arrived at the Colombo Port on Saturday (1). The visiting ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in compliance with Naval traditions.

PNS ASLAT is a 123m long Frigate (FFG) commanded by Captain Muhammad Azhar Akram and manned by a crew of 243. During the ship’s stay in Colombo, its crew will visit some of the tourist attractions of the country as well. The PNS ASLAT will conduct a Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with a Sri Lanka Navy ship in Colombo seas, on her departure tomorrow (4).
