President puts country on the right track by ending economic crisis – UNP Deputy Leader Ruwan Wijewardene

UNP Deputy Leader Ruwan Wijewardene on Tuesday (13) said that President Ranil Wickremesinghe will definitely win the upcoming Presidential Election. He said that the President put the country on the right track by ending an unprecedented economic crisis.

He said that a large number of Parliamentarians representing the SLPP are prepared to support the President at the election.

Wijewardene was speaking at the opening of the Election campaign at Imbulgoda in the Gampaha District on Tuesday (13).

The UNP Deputy leader said that a number of political Parties in the Opposition are prepared to extend their support to the President at the Presidential Election.

Gampaha UNP Chief Organiser and former Provincial Councillor Varuna Rajapaksa, Former Opposition Leader of Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha and Imbulgoda Zonal Organiser Sameera Randeniya also spoke.
