Probe into robbery of Rs.800,000 worth perfumes

The Bloemendhal Police commenced an investigation regarding the theft of perfumes worth Rs.800,000 from a warehouse in Colombo Bloemendhal, belonging to a person engaged in the business of importing and distributing perfumes in Sri Lanka.

The store owner who resides at Greiro Place, Colombo 6 reported the theft to the Police on Sunday(19). This businessman had told the Police that three people working in his warehouse are suspected of the theft. The Bloemendhal Police stated that the three warehouse employees who are said to be drug addicts are currently on the run and investigations are underway to arrest them.
