Radha Krishna Temple consecration

Sri Sri Radha Krishna, the new grand temple is nearing completion with a 137 feet tall Dome at Kotahena, Colombo 13 which is run by the Sri Lankan branch of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness).

The ISKCON is a worldwide organisation establishing temples, sanctuaries of cows, educational institutions and food for life service for the needy people worldwide.

The newly shining temple will be a spiritual oasis for the pilgrims who visit this sacred place as well as a centre of preaching, education and cultural activities for the community.

While the consecration (Kumbabisekam) of this new temple falls in this year, the devotees wish to express their willingness to all beloved people and pray to God to feed them a peaceful and happy life.

Whoever wishes to participate in this spiritual service will surely gain the blessings of God as confirmed in the various Vedic scriptures.

The temple devotees request the people to assist and dedicate for the completion of the temple.
