Raid Amazones first leg concluded successfully

First leg of the Raid Amazones, largest tourism program in post C -19 concluded in Sigiriya area last week. Over 600 athletes participated in the Raid Amazones adventure event around Kaudulla, Medirigiriya, Wewala, Kandalama, Sigiriya and Mahawilgamuwa areas.

The first stage featured 253 contestants and 63 staff, while the second round featured 216 contestants, also including 63 staff members. The crew includes six doctors, a rescue crew, rescue swimmers, photographers and videographers.
