Sanasa Life and General Insurance host awards ceremony
Sanasa Life and General Insurance hosted awards ceremony for 2023 at the Shangri La Hotel, Colombo to recognise high performing staff members and motivate Sales Champions of Sanasa Insurance, including an island wide network of branches.
Sanasa Insurance has revolutionised the field of insurance in Sri Lanka. Its steady growth, currently placing the company at 7th place and within the top ten insurance companies in Sri Lanka, speaks volumes of Sanasa Insurance’s success.
The event was attended by 500 employees, recognised the exceptional contributions of staff from branches nationwide.
Chief Guest at the event was founding Chairman, Dr. P. A. Kiriwandeniya while Chairman of Sanasa Insurance P. Gajendra, Managing Director Indika Kiriwandeniya, along with members of Director Board also graced this prestigious occasion.
Performance awards to the achievers were selected based on categories such as, Best Sales Promotion Officer, Best Team Leader, Best Branch Manager, Best Renewal Officer, Best Regional Manager, Best Cluster Manager, Best Under Writer and many more.
Of these key awards, the Dickwella branch emerged as the winning recipient of the highly sought-after ‘Best Branch of the Year’ accolade.
Another highlight of the event was the ‘Wall of Legends’. The wall displayed images and a short description of all the best performers in the year 2022. These top performers were recognized as Sales Legends, further emphasising the importance of recognition for performance par excellence.
In addition, another unique feature was the presentation of loyalty awards to non-sales staff.
