Serendib SC produced a superb second half rally to beat Super Sun SC 2-1 in their FSL Champions League Football Tournament Stage-6 match played at the Maligapitiya Grounds in Kurunegala.
Mohamad Issadeen scored the opening goal for the winners in the fifth minute before Mohamad Sahajan provided the equaliser for Super Sun SC in the 12th minute as both teams went into half time at 1-1.
However, overseas cap Quatby Prince netted the second and the match winning goal for Serendib SC in the 62nd minute of the game to seal the contest in their favour.
Meanwhile, Police SC and Pelicans SC figured in a thrilling 2-2 draw in another match played at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo.
